Long-time Bay Area resident and in-demand drummer David Rokeach has worked primarily in the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas for more than 20 years.
David toured nationally and internationally with Ray Charles from 1990-91, including on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and the Doc Severinson Orchestra. David is a proud member of The Jazz Therapists, who have been playing in senior centers and assisted living facilities around the East Bay since 2015. As they play many pre-1945 jazz classics, they bring back memories of dancing to those same tunes to their audiences.
